Is there a cost to join?
Yes, at this time we offer 1 product; private label affiliate program «Venus» at a cost of $299.00.
How long does it take to get started?
Once registration and payment are completed, for both programs we will assign a unique booking engine ID within 3 business days.
How do I add my commissions?
This is done through your administration console > website profile > commissions / markup details
Do you offer products in other languages?
At this time we offer English and Russian versions of the booking engine only.
How will I receive my commission?
Currently we offer bank transfer, Western Union, Moneygram, check via mail or PayPal. All payments using 3rd party are subject to transaction fees and are payable in US Dollars.
What does fulfillment mean?
When a ticket is booked, there are many quality control steps that must be followed before the ticket can be issued. These include credit card verification to prevent fraud, compliance with airline regulations and customer service. We offer fulfillment of these items so that you do not have to.
What are the different travel products available?
We have four types of fare: Domestic Published, Domestic Private, International Published, International Private, Cruises. Car & Hotel programs are in progress.
How are fares loaded in my search engine?
All the booking engines are powered by a centralized global distribution system, so when a fare is lowered by the supplier, it is immediately available to you.
Can the fares be displayed in different currencies to the end user?
No, at this time all rates are in US dollars.
Are there any booking fees or surcharges?
We charge $5.00 for every processed reservation, or any other reservation that were not canceled within the given deadline.
Can I use my booking engine on multiple websites?
Yes, there is no limit to use the booking engine on multiple websites with the same unique ID. You can purchase additional private label booking engine ID’s in order to display a different name.
Do I have to be a travel agent or be associated with the travel industry?
No, our affiliate program does not require you to be a travel agent or to participate in any travel organizations.
How often do you pay commissions?
Commissions are paid once a month and have to accumulate a minimum of $100.00.
Is it possible to display the search results for airfares or cruises using my own domain or sub domain? For example: «book.mysite.com» or «travel.mysite.com» or «reservation.mysite.com».
Currently there are 3 different options.
The server installation is a $360.00 and will apply each time you renew your certificate, this will take 10 business days once a valid certificate is received and payment is submitted here.
- free of charge: default domain https://travel.agentsky.com
- free of charge: consult with your developer to use iframe to mask default domain. See example site with iframe.
- cost involved: you can have your own domain, for example «book.mysite.com» or «travel.mysite.com» or «reservation.mysite.com». In order to setup private sub domain, you must purchase SSL certificate from your web hosting provider. The AgentSky booking application requires a valid SSL certificate to function and be accessible to both you and your customers (read more).
